Alvi's Drift Albertus Viljoen Chenin Blanc (13,5%)

The grape bunches are selected and picked by hand in the early morning in the vineyard in order to keep the flavours of the grape optimal. The wine has a light and bright straw colour. In the glass, the wine refects like clear crystal. The aroma is complex and dominated by nectarine and peach complemented by nicely integrated aromas of toast and oak. The taste is rich and creamy, aromas of roasted cashews and vanilla pods stimulate the senses. The wine provides a soft, full, round and elegant mouthfeel that seems to last forever.
