Alvi's Drift Reserve Chardonnay (13,5%)

The grapes are pressed whole and the juice is fermented in wooden barrels. The wine then matures for 11 months on the fine lees in French oak barrels where it is regularly battoned. The Reserve Chardonnay is made in a Burgundian style that guarantees complexity and ageing potential. The straw colour and the smell of peach make you curious. The taste is full-bodied, balanced and the notes of citrus, white chocolate and vanilla linger long. Storage potential is 2 to 5 years.
