Alvi's Drift Signature Chardonnay (13,5%)

After pressing only the best grapes, the juice is fermented in French oak. During the fermentation, batonnage takes place regularly in order to obtain the maximum of flavours and complexity in the wine. The wine is then left to mature on its lie, which also contributes to this. This Chardonnay with subtle wood tones has a light straw yellow colour. The aromas of ripe apricots, peaches and melon clearly emerge when you roll the wine in the glass. The taste is full and creamy with subtle notes of roasted nuts that are nicely balanced with the fruit.
