Tasting Notes:
Nose: Influences of the rugged coast, peat smoke but also vanilla and fresh citrus peel. Pine forest in the fall with warm wood.
Palate: maritime peat smoke with ripe apple and pear, again the warm oak and warming black pepper.
Finish: lingering influences of the peat with subtle influences of the sea (seaweed).
