BEEK Spirits Aged Gin Rooibos (45,7%)

Beek Spirits Rooibos Gin has been aged for 10 months on an Edradour Whisky Barrel. Layers of flavors including distilled cardamom, citrus, licorice, vanilla pods, angelica, iris root and pulled rooibos are even more evident, complemented by some wood, without being overpowering. A white-gold dry, spicy gin with citrus, a slight hint of juniper and some wood. The finish has the warmth of the rooibos.
