Beenleigh Australian Rum 10yo - 2013 Single Blended (59%)

The newcomer from Australia's oldest distillery. Beenleigh 2013 is a Single Vintage Rum made from molasses produced and processed entirely in Queensland and then fermented for 3 to 4 days. Distilled in August and September in Single Column and then in a Pot Still. This rum was aged for 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels at the distillery in Eagleby, Queensland and is fully (sub)tropical aged in Australia. As such, the Angels share is >25%.
