Single Barrel Selection Belize 2011 is a single cask rum which is based on molasses and was distilled in a column still in 2011. The rum has matured in an ex-Stauning Whisky cask and is bottled at 59,5% abv. in August 2023.

Single Barrel Selection El Salvador 2013 is a single cask rum which is based on molasses and was distilled in a column still in 2013. The rum has matured in an ex-Port cask and is bottled at 57% abv.

S.B.S Origin Dominican Republic Aroma Grande is an unaged rum with 57% volume and an ester content of around 500 gr/hL which is perfect for Daiquiri cocktails.
