For three years, the experts at Maison Ferrand tested some 90 different recipes until they came up with the result: Canerock is Jamaican rum, flavoured with Madagascan vanilla, coconut pulp and natural spices from Jamaica including ginger.
American oak barrels play host to this rum where it ages for three to four years. Next a woody and nutmeg palette is drawn out in Ferrand French oak casks as the rum continues to mature for one to two years.
