Bushmills 10yo the Causeway Collection Cuvée Cask Finish (54,8%)

Bushmills Cuvée Cask is another edition in the Causeway Collection. It is inspired by the natural spectacle of the Giant's Causeway, which consists of around 40,000 basalt columns that form a causeway. The limited edition Single Malt Whiskey was first matured for eight years in Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon whiskey casks, before it was matured for two more years in French Cuvée wine casks. It was then bottled at cask strength.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Citrus fruits and notes of sweet strawberries.
Palate: Vanilla with strong toffee as well as apple pie and tangerines.
Finish: Subtle citrus with delicate oak.
