Calvados Drouin 19YO Foursquare Angels (46.8%)

The eighth edition of Christian Drouins Experimental series is a 19-year-old Pays d'Auge Calvados aged for 17 months in ex-rum barrels from the Foursquare distillery. On the nose, aromas of roasted apple, vanilla bean, salted caramel and pear drops can be detected. These are accompanied by notes of pine nuts, almond and pineapple when you take a sip. This combination of flavors makes for a perfect marriage between Calvados and rum.
