Cane Island Five Icon Blend (44%)

Cane Island Five Icon Blend is a blend of molasses rums from various backgrounds. Each type of distillation is represented, as we have pot-still, traditional column, and modern column.
Five origins are therefore honoured: Barbados (Foursquare), Nicaragua(Secret Distillery), Panama (Varela), Guyana (Demerara Distillers Limited) and Guatemala (DARSA).
All these rums have been aged in ex-bourbon barrels for a maximum of 8 years. The maturation took place in their country of origin, and therefore in a tropical climate.
