Chairman's Reserve is a blend of rum distilled 2 times in pot stills and rum distilled in Coffey stills. The 2 styles are married after wood aging, then refilled in oak barrels for a final finish.
Chairman's Reserve comes from the island of St. Lucia and was created in 1999 by then chairman, Laurie Barnard. He wanted to create a drink that honored St. Lucia's iconic rum style. Chairman's Reserve has become St. Lucia's flagship rum, and is known for its balanced style and consummate finesse.
