Chateau Montifaud VSOP (40%)

This VSOP Cognac from Château Montifaud is at least 10 years old and is matured for a minimum of eight months on new wood to create a unique flavour. The golden amber colour is surrounded by aromas of dried flowers, apricot, roasted almonds, vanilla and cedar. The Cognac itself tastes very fine and pleasant, a real soft Cognac that will delight both novice drinkers and connoisseurs. There are flavours of apple, leather, caramel and a touch of rancio and the aftertaste is just like the Cognac itself, wonderfully soft.
