Chivas Regal Extra 13yo Bourbon Cask (40%)

This splendid 13 year old blended Scotch whisky joins the Chivas Regal range, and a selection of the whisky that goes into the blend is matured in bourbon casks. The result is a bright and creamy profile, with sweet oak and vanilla shining through. Great for sipping and should be ideal for mixing up some tasty cocktails.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Vanilla and oak are immediately there, followed by hints of orange peel and melted butter.
Flavour: Sweet vanilla caramel, buttered popcorn, pressed apples and soft spices.
Finish: Soft peppery warmth builds, with lots of creamy malt, spicy oak and soft spices.
