As with all Foursquare rums, this is a blend of both column and pot still, with part aged entirely in ex-Bourbon casks for 14 years, and part aged first in ex-Bourbon casks for 10 years, followed by 4 years in ex-Calvados.
Aged in Bourbon Barrels before being finished for 6 months in Oloroso Sherry Hogsheads sourced from producer Miguel Martin in Jerez. Richer and fuller than the Kilmory edition with notes of sweeter spices and fruit.
