The wine is elegant and nicely balanced. Aromas of red berries, white pepper, chocolate and a hint of vanilla emerge when rolling in the glass. All these aromas return in the full flavour.
The mouthfeel is soft and filmy with white peach and nectarine as protagonists. In the glass, this results in a beautiful combination of intense aromas, complexity and length, a textbook example of a South African Chenin Blanc.

Paranubes Caña Morada is a variety rum, a distillate made from a single variety of sugar cane. Rum originated in the mountain village of Río Tuero in the Sierra Mazateca mountains in northern Oaxaca.
