El Dorado Rum Enmore Ruby Port Special Cask Finish 2003 Limited Edition 2018 is a limited edition from the Enmore distillery in Guyana and aged for ten years in former bourbon barrels and a further five years in former Ruby Port wine barrels of French oak.
Tasting Notes:
Aroma: Spicy aromas combined with ripe peaches and apricots and in the background freshly polished leather and oak.
Flavor: Tones of baked peaches with fresh bread and spicy notes of coriander, fennel seed and most importantly dark berries.
Finish: Soft and complex on the finish with spice and leather.
