El Dorado Enmore Sauternes Cask 2003 is a 15-year-old rum originating from Guyana. It was allowed to age for 10 years in former bourbon barrels and then another 5 years in former French Sauternes Bordeaux wine barrels. The aroma that emerges in the nose is fruity with notes of citrus and honey. You taste a soft taste with notes of tropical fruit and light spicy notes. The finish is long with notes of honey, papaya and spicy oak.
