El Supremo 8-Year-Old is a dark amber rum that strikes the perfect balance between bold character and refined smoothness. Aged for eight years and crafted from the honey of hand-cut sugar cane, this medium-bodied rum offers a rich, full-flavored profile ideal for sipping or crafting elevated cocktails.

Distilled traditionally in copper stills, this rum undergoes a unique double maturation—first in Incienso Marron vats, then finished in French oak barrels. Unfiltered and free from additives or coloring, it’s a natural expression of Paraguayan terroir, matured in Asunción and bottled in France.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Warm and inviting aromas of cloves, cinnamon, candied orange peel, and vanilla. A subtle creamy note evokes glazed carrot cake, while softened vegetal hints remain in the background.
Palate: Spicy and dry with layers of cocoa, caramel, and rich spices. The presence of incense and oak is strong, with underlying mineral and warm rubber notes that hint at aged Agricole funk—intriguing and balanced.
