Flying Dutchman Rum No. 7 - PX Aged 7 Years Limited Edition (40%)

Flying Dutchman is a series of Rum bottlings distilled by Zuidam Distillers, a family distillery run entirely by the Zuidam family.
The fermentation of the rum is done with carefully selected sugar cane molasses and takes a minimum of two weeks before it is distilled in authentic copper pot stills. The sugar cane is then distilled a minimum of two times to obtain the most refined and elegant distillate possible.
This rum is aged in very exclusive former Pedro Ximenez sherry barrels, contributing to the intense color and mature flavor the rum acquires.

The Flying Dutchman PX Rum is non-chill-filtered and no colors were added.
