It is in this tradition that Glenallachie would like to introduce the most important release in the history of The GlenAllachie Distillers Company; GlenAllachie 12 year old, the heart of their range, a landmark bottling. Their best casks selected and bottled under the careful eye of Master Distiller Billy Walker.
The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is bottled at 46%, non chill filtered and natural colour.

Tasting Notes:
Colour: Deep Mahogany.
Nose: Layers of heather honey, cinnamon, butterscotch and sticky raisins, with notes of mocha lingering in the background.
Taste: Bursts of orange zest, heather honey and damsons, followed by lashings of mocha, dark chocolate, cinnamon, figs and dates.
