Hee Joy Spiced Rum (40%)

The creation of Hee Joy Spiced was born from the desire to revisit the history of the spiced rum category, by creating a different style. The infusion of a unique spice, the search for balance, as well as methodical and passionate work on the blending and maturation in oak cognac casks, make Hee Joy a spiced rum for connoisseurs. It is also highly appreciated by bartenders and mixologists. Launched in France in early 2015, Hee Joy has already won several medals in France and Europe.

Tasting notes
Colour: Amber with light golden highlights.
Nose: Complex, dominated by aromas of ginger and candied fruit. After airing, pronounced notes of liquorice and honey appear.
Palate: Round and harmonious, with notes of liquorice amplifying the candied fruit and vanilla flavours.
Finish: Long and tasty.
Tasting: To be enjoyed on its own or in a cocktail.
