The Schiedam mill 'De Vrijheid' (1785) supplies the processed grains that are distilled into malt wine in traditional stills according to centuries-old tradition. In the 'Pot Still' distillation, spices are added that provide a fresh and spicy character. The Master Distillers Choice is a blend of different vintages of wooden barrels, including American oak barrels and PX Sherry casks.
