Highland Park Viking 10yo Viking Scars (40%ABV)

Highland Park 10 Year Old Viking Scars is aged primarily in sherry casks of European and American oak. It is a lively and smooth single malt with aromas of crushed citrus fruit and lightly whipped vanilla cream. You also taste a hint of heather honey in the aromatic peat smoke and a trace of peppery spice. 10 Year Old Viking Scars is good company with, for example, scallops with bacon or a parfait of vanilla cream with salted honey. Or you make sophisticated Old Fashioned with it.
