Holyrood Ambir Bourbon & Oloroso Casks (49,8)

Holyrood Ambir is the third single malt whisky from Holyrood Distillery, based in Edinburgh, Scotland. The name "Ambir" is derived from the Scottish word for "amber", referring to the whisky's rich colour and the combination of traditional and modern production methods used by the distillery.
Ambir uses seven different malts, including Caramalt, Chocolate Malt, Vienna Malt and Crystal 240, and 10 different yeast varieties. This combination contributes to a complex and layered flavour profile.

The whisky matures in a mix of first-fill bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry casks. This results in a balance between sweet malty notes and fruity yeast aromas, enveloped by warm, spicy vanilla influences.
