This 9 Year Old ex-Bourbon cask rum from the particularly historic Australian rum producer, Beenleigh, is bottled at 55% ABV. Four years of tropical maturation and five years of continental maturation. The Angels share was a whopping 40%.

This single cask, triple–matured, pure rum – no less than 10 and a half years old – is a mix of FourSquare pot and column distilled spirit – tropically matured in Barbados for 8 years in ex-bourbon then transported to Adelaide for “Australian dry ageing’.
