La Celia Heritage Malbec - Single Vineyard (14%)

Single Vineyard Malbec is made from grapes with high aromatic expressiveness from the 47th and 49th quarters of vineyards in Argentina. Before you open it, the wine has a 12-month ageing in French barrel and is in bottle for 8 months.
Hand harvested in boxes, at the optimum ripening point with cluster selection in the vineyard and winery. Aged in first fill French oak barrels for 12 months. We recommend decanting 40 minutes before serving. Serve approximately at 18ºC. Ideal with beef, grilled vegetables and chocolate orange cake.
The colour is deep red with purple hues. The nose has a strong floral tone reminiscent of violets, in harmony with an exquisite fruity palette and subtle ageing notes such as vanilla and clove.
