Luisita 6YO Ex-Bourbon Cask #2183 Single Estate (58.8%)

Inside the bodegas of hacienda Luisita ( an estate in Northern Luzon that was build over a century ago by the first Marques de Comillas of Spain ) a quest for flavours relentlessly takes place. The sugarcane that is carefully grown on volcanic soil, nourished by the nearby Mount Arayat, yields drak rich molasses that is fermented then distilled into a fine delicate spirit with characteristics that are further enhanced in aging vessels.

Distillation takes place in a Column still. The Ester count is 142.00 gr/hlaa and this rum was matured on Ex- Bourbon casks for 6 years.
