The premium Luisita Rum brand was created in 2016, and is made by a large old sugar estate in the province of Tarlac. The rum matured for 6 years in an ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, and was bottled on 17 November 2022 at a cask strength of 62%. It is big and robust, with sherried notes of coffee, herbs and tobacco. One of 551 bottles.
