Millstone Oloroso Sherry Cask (46%)

Millstone Oloroso has an underlying fruity character that is carefully created by the crystal clear mash and the long cool fermentation with both brewer's and distilling yeast. Followed by a slow and gentle distillation before filling this whiskey into the best Oloroso casks. In 2019 this whiskey won a gold medal in the Wizards of Whiskey competition in London.
