Naud Fine Cognac VSOP (40%)

NAUD Cognac VSOP is a refined cognac known for its rich and complex flavour profile. It is produced by the NAUD family, which uses traditional methods to ensure the best quality. The grapes are grown in the Charentais hills, known for their mild climate and favourable exposure.

The wines undergo a double distillation over open fire in small traditional copper stills, in the presence of their fine lees, to give roundness and aromatic richness to the cognacs1. They are then matured in French oak barrels, where they undergo a long ageing period under the watchful eye of the cellar master, who decides on the final blend.

In terms of flavour, NAUD Cognac VSOP offers a smooth and sumptuous experience with hints of black cherry, toasted almond and hazelnut, which progresses to an aftertaste with a hint of cayenne pepper.
