New Grove Rum Bourbon Cask (40%)

Bourbon Cask rum from New grove is a single estate rum from Mauritius with a full body. Aged in virgin Bourbon type barrels, and premium ex Bourbon barrels. This produces some vanilla flavors, caramel and wood tones. These flavors are followed by a fresh, slightly smoky taste of sweet spices. The rum is 100% natural, can certainly be drunk on its own and is a wonderful discovery in a glass.
Traditional molasses-based amber rum, a dry flavor profile using non chill filtration. With no additives, sugar or dyes, bottled at 40%. Is also perfectly at home in a cocktail.
