Maturation and alcohol content: The whisky was aged for five years in ex-bourbon casks from the Buffalo Trace distillery and was bottled at a cask strength of 63.5% ABV.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Rich and powerful with aromas of wood smoke, tarry ropes, pipe tobacco, smouldering charcoal, smoked meat, seaweed and aniseed.
