Philbert Dovecote Cognac (40%)

Created using eaux-de-vie blended in oak casks and descending from one single area of vineyard, the Philbert Dovecote Cognac takes its name from the plot where the grape is grown - a hill which is overlooked by a medieval dovecote and is beautifully embellished on the label.
It is created using rich, fragrant fruits for a full-bodied Cognac, and it is this “dovecote” position on the hill that gives it the perfect sunlight exposure for the fruit to reach full maturity. That combined with the clay-limestone soil which assimilates water regularly in the summer, it is an ideal combination for a stunning Petite Champagne Cognac.
