Fruit juice liqueur made from wild raspberries

The strong red, intensely tasting fruits of the raspberry bush sweeten our lives several times a year. The berries ripen mostly from June and then again from August to October. The wild varieties, especially towards the end of summer and into autumn. Picked by hand and delivered fresh to us, it is particularly important to process the ripe raspberries immediately.

Some of it goes straight into the juicer, while the other finds its way into our copper stills a few weeks later. Our wild raspberry liqueur is then created from both components - juice and distillate - which is guaranteed to convince with its intense fruit notes and light sweetness.

Our drinking recommendation: Enjoy the Wild Raspberry Liqueur well chilled at a temperature between 10 and 17 ° C - whether pure, poured with sparkling wine or for dessert.
