Bielle 2014 Brut de fût is a highly anticipated rum bottling from the family owned distillery in Marie-Galante.
The Brut de fût is an unreduced and unfiltered agricultural rum and is a unique opportunity to taste a preserved terroir.
This pure cane juice rum was distilled in 2014 in the Savalle column, before an ageing process of 7 years in bourbon barrels and recieved a finish in sweet white wines barrels.
In 2021 the rum was bottled raw from the barrel to make sure to preserve all of its aromas.
