Rhums du Sud Barbados 8YO - Collection Guillaume de Roany (48%)

This molasses rum distilled by Foursquare in Barbados has been aged for 8 years in Bourbon casks in a tropical climate. After completing the journey across the Atlantic in the hold of cargo ship De Gallant, the rum rested for a few months in les Rhums du Sud cellars for further maturation and recieved a 4 month maturation in ex-Pineau des Charentes barrels, giving it a rich, gourmet aromatic profile.
This exquisite, richly flavored rum offers notes of tropical fruit, vanilla, and spice. Its long finish is perfect for savoring, and it can be enjoyed neat or used in a variety of cocktails.
