River Antoine - Rivers Grenadian Rum (69%)

One of the best white rums I have ever tasted. Fantastic in a Daiquiri cocktail. The River Antoine Distillery is the oldest distillery (since 1785) in Grenada and is powered by a still functioning water mill. The oldest in the Caribbean!
They use pure sugar cane juice and allow it to ferment spontaneously (i.e. no yeast added).
After fermentation, the distillate goes into iron barrels which provide the distinctive citrus notes that River Antoine is known for. A 100% craft rum that you must have in your home if you love cocktails.
