Matured for seven years in used whiskey and bourbon casks. Proof that age is not always decisive, but craftsmanship all the more so. Lovely to drink pure or in your favourite cocktail.
Tasting notes:
Initially floral and hay on the nose, followed by heavier richer notes of vanilla and caramel.
Taste, a full round texture and body. First sweet with a warm taste of toffee and caramel. Then floral notes, vanilla and apple blossom.
