A 20yo Potstill rum, tropicaly aged for a 100%. Bottled at cask strength. Only 220 bottles.

Matured 1 year in the Japanese Ume fruit liqueur cask. Tropical aged,17 years in bourbon casks, Continental aged 2 years in Ferrand cognac casks.

Fiji is one of the only countries where the entire distilling process is done by hand, from the cutting and pressing of the sugar cane to the labelling of the boles.

A Single Blended rum from Pot and Column Stills. 100% Tropical aged with an angels share of 50%. Matured in 40YO Charles Sturt Winery muscat casks. 1240 bottles, Europe only!

The Plantation Fiji Islands 2004 is a delightful rum that displays a unique balance between wood and fruit notes. It has a rich and complex flavor profile that starts off with a sweet aroma of molasses, followed by subtle hints of coconut and vanilla.
