Trinidad Distillers Limited. 11 years in Bourbon casks, 2 years in Ferrand casks. Finished 9 months in Sauvignon Blanc wine cask.

This BEEK Rum was put in an Edradour Whisky Barrel on 24/07/2019 and was bottled on 29/06/2023.

This Caroni is very balanced, with pastry, floral aromas and of course the hydrocarbon/petrol that is so unique to the distillery. Only 194 bottles in the world.

Distilled on a Column Still in 2000 at Trinidad Distllers Limited, this molasses based rum spent 16 years ageing in a tropical climate before being moved to Europe for a further 6 years of aging.

This Elizabeth Yard Single Cask rum has undergone 10 years of tropical aging with a 2nd maturation on a red wine refill octave cask. 113 bottles were only bottled. Once again, a beauty of a rum!

Alibi Rum is the refined creation of bartender Hani, a seasoned craftsman with years of experience in cocktail bars across the Netherlands. With his keen taste and passion for perfection, he has crafted an exceptional blend of three characterful rums from
