A subtle blend of rums aged for six years in small oak barrels, this Cuvée pays homage to the 250 years of Saint James plantations' know-how.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Very intense and flattering eau de vie on the nose. The attack is spicy (cinnamon and nutmeg) on a toasted background, as well as macerated fruit.
Mouth: The palate is full and rich with spice, gently toasted mocha and cocoa and macerated fruit. A few woody notes are subtly present in the background to express all the finesse of this rum.
