Saint James Rhum 15 Years Old (43%)

Saint James 15 years rum is a rum aged for a minimum of 15 years in oak barrels. In the aroma we find woody notes like mushroom and dry wood, combined with roasted nuts. The taste is rich and powerful. Beautiful tannin, gives the structure in addition notes of an eau de vie of fruit, vanilla and wood.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: The woody notes (mushrooms, dry wood) are combined with roasted notes (charred wood – grilled/toasted notes) from the charring of the barrels.
Palate: On the palate, the tannins and wood dominate with dry/charred wood notes that pleasantly coat the mouth.
