Tiscaz comes from Jalisco, a famous state in Mexico. Jalisco is one of the 5 Mexican states that are allowed to produce tequila. The tequila is made from fermented blue agave also known as Tequilana agave.

Sierra Tequila is made from the insides of the blue agave plants. The blue agaves grow on the highlands plateau around the "Destileria Sierra" at the Atotonilco El Alto in over 2,000 meters.

The Sierra Reposado is a refined Tequila, which has matured for 9 months in barrels of American white oak. This creates a soft taste, with notes of vanilla, cocoa and cinnamon.
