Takamaka Rum Overproof (69%)

Organic sugar cane is grown in four different regions of Mahé by an independent cooperative of producers. Once harvested, the sugar cane is crushed on site at La Plaine St André. After fermentation, distillation takes place in three copper stills, two stills for taste and one rectification column for purity. The rum Takamaka Overproof then rests in stainless steel cuive in the unique tropical climate of the Seychelles.
