Distilled on a Column Still in 2000 at Trinidad Distllers Limited, this molasses based rum spent 16 years ageing in a tropical climate before being moved to Europe for a further 6 years of aging.

TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Caramel, Papaya, glue and buttery pastry

Mouth: Vanilla, butterscotch and cherries dominate the inital profile before a complate gear shift.
Charred oak leads to lychees, ripe papaya and more lychee as it builds on the back of the palate leading to a remarkably green, fruity and dry finish.
