Tamosi Venezuela 2005 - 17 Years Old Single Cask (61.9%)

Distilled on a Column Still in 2005, this molasses based rum spent 12 years on French oak casks in Venezuela. The rum was then moved to England for a year where it was transferred into an ex-rum cask, before it aged for a further four years in Amsterdam. This rum is bottled at the original cask strength.

TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Stonefruit, treacle, marzapin, chocolate, fresh wood, baking spice
Mouth: Caramel, milk chocolate and stewedfruits on entry, building to an array of red fruits bound with leather, the wood spice of a french oak gives way to a touch of bitter berries for a satisfying finish.
