The term "Double aged" or "double aged" is used to refer to the aging process of Whiskey in two different types of barrels, Bourbon and Olorso Sherry barrels. This unique aging process results in a unique flavor complexity in both aroma and taste that cannot be achieved through the traditional aging process.

"NON CHILL FILTERED" This Whiskey skips the cold filtering process. Fatty acids and esters add a large amount of flavor to the Whiskey and by skipping the cold filtering process, these flavors are not lost. Generally, Whiskeys with an alcohol content higher than 45% are "non-chill" filtered. With a quality product like this, it means you are left with exactly the liquid as it comes out of the barrel.

"TRIPLE DISTILLED" "Triple" distillation helps concentrate not only the alcohol, but also lighter, fruitier flavors better. Heavier, water-soluble compounds are left behind in the kettle. Triple distillation creates Whiskeys that are often described as smooth.
