The Royal Cane Jamaica Long Pond 2006 (53%)

This flavorous pot still Rum was distilled in 2006 at the legendary Long Pond Distillery in Trelawny Parish, Jamaica. After batch distillation, the Rum was filled into ex-Bourbon American white oak casks at the distillery, where it aged for 14 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica. In 2020 the cask traveled the Atlantic to the United Kingdom, where it was re-casked into a first-fill ex-Bourbon cask for another 2 years of continental maturation in the historic docks of Liverpool.
