The Waterford Cuvée 'Koffi' (50%)

How do you create the most profound natural whiskey in the world? With the introduction of the Cuvée Koffi, Waterford seeks to answer this question. This 6-year-old complex and colorful whiskey is the latest release in Waterford's course-setting Cuvée Project. The Cuvée The Cuvée Koffi is an assemblage of 24 different Single Farm Origins, each with their own unique terroir-derived flavor.

These flavors are enhanced by four different barrel types: First Fill American Oak (36%) Virgin American Oak (17%) Premium French Oak (21%) Vin Doux Naturels (26%).

The result is a layered whiskey comparable to the finest wines of Champagne and Bordeaux. Moreover, Waterford - through the Téireoir Code - offers total traceability and transparency from field to barrel.
